En Rama

This oil has been made with olives of the Arbequina and Picual variety.
The name that distinguishes it, "in branch", alludes to the fact that the oil is not filtered, it has simply been allowed to decant before being bottled. We want to get the oil to the consumer as it is obtained in the oil mill, thus offering a natural juice of very healthy olives.

Cornicabra

The olives used in the making of this oil, are of the variety Cornicabra. A fruity and aromatic oil, displaying medium values of bitter and spicy. Very stable oil due to its high content of monounsaturated fatty acids (oleic acid) and polyphenols.
